Terms
These terms cover use of the Sprinkler Blowout 406 website. A preferred-date request does not reserve time, establish availability or create an appointment. The booking links continue to the business's hosted Zenbooker page, where a completed submission can create a real appointment and Zenbooker provides confirmation. Use that page or contact the business directly for current service arrangements.
Contact messages
The separate contact form lets you send a name, email address and message to the app's private business workspace. Its receipt confirms that the app saved the message; it does not create or change an appointment, promise a response time, or confirm email delivery. An optional owner-configured email notice may be attempted when sender setup is ready. Do not use the form for urgent matters or include information that is not needed to answer your question.
Online appointments
Zenbooker controls its service catalog, service area, availability, displayed prices and appointment records. Opening a booking link does not hold a time or create an appointment; a completed submission on the hosted page can create a real appointment, and Zenbooker provides the confirmation. Any limited event reporting configured by the site owner is separate from the booking itself and may not reflect every provider event.
After Google sign-in, a fresh booking page can show both your name and email prefilled; prefill does not submit or reserve a booking. It does not link an email to a local appointment or grant administrator or Google Business access. A separate local app account is available through the explicit “Sign in to keep this visit” action. It records only fixed current-visit activity metadata, does not import previous chat or photo history, and the app does not add the account identity or activity to its own analytics payloads or assistant prompts. Explicitly remembered answer-length and service-interest preferences may guide support replies. The local Google profile session expires within one hour or when the verified Google identity token expires, whichever comes first. Clearing booking details stops automatic prefill for that booking link; signing out separately revokes the local customer session and its profile access. Neither action signs you out of Google or revokes a Google grant. Guest booking does not require sign-in.
Earlier local account records, if any, apply only to appointments created through a previous local booking flow; they do not display all Zenbooker history. A local export, sign-out or data erasure does not cancel an appointment or erase provider-held records. For changes to a hosted appointment, follow the instructions in your Zenbooker confirmation or contact the business.
When available, signing in to keep the current visit may associate a short-lived visit with the verified Google subject. Anonymous visit metadata expires within two hours and after 30 minutes without activity, with a limit of 50 events. Saved preferences and account-associated activity expire within 30 days. If you explicitly choose to remember answer length and service interests, those selected values may guide support replies; account identity and visit-event metadata are not sent to the assistant. You may export or forget local account activity and preferences; a minimal revision fence may remain to prevent stale requests from restoring deleted data. Sign-out ends the local session but does not itself forget saved app data. A current owned help question and a still-current published offering choice may be held in this browser tab for up to ten minutes during sign-in; photos and hosted booking form fields are not saved, and progress inside an already-open Zenbooker form may not be preserved.
Visitor support chat
The optional chat offers general help based on approved public information. It is not a booking, availability check, customer account, or channel to change an appointment. Follow the hosted Zenbooker page or contact the business for current service details and appointment changes.
When separately configured and enabled, the chat may use redacted questions and recent conversation to prepare an AI-assisted reply. It may be unavailable and then provide basic help. Do not use it for emergencies or include sensitive information. A reply is informational and is not a provider confirmation or service commitment. Messages and replies are available for up to 24 hours; expired content is cleared when a later chat or owner content review runs, so this is not a fixed deletion deadline. Saved preferences require your choice and expire within 30 days. Any help-content change drafted from feedback requires human review and approval.
If photo assistance is enabled, you may attach one JPEG or PNG image per message, up to 5 MiB and 16 megapixels. The service converts it to a metadata-stripped WebP with a maximum 1,280-pixel edge and 1 MiB size; it does not retain the original upload or filename. The normalized image may be processed to describe visible equipment, but the chat does not diagnose equipment, assess safety, or provide repair procedures. App access ends within 24 hours and is blocked immediately on deletion or expiry; physical object cleanup may be retried later. Photo content and derived replies are not used for analytics or public-help curation. If camera capture is available, choosing Take photo opens a video-only preview in the browser; nothing uploads until you choose Use photo. Canceling, closing or hiding the help dialog, or leaving the page stops the preview. Upload photo remains an alternative.
Prices and payment
A provider-displayed price is not a payment receipt. This website does not collect card information or process payment. Contact the business about service terms or payment arrangements.
Optional measurement
Analytics and Experiments are independent optional choices and start off. In a version with first-party element measurement, Analytics records only fixed registered element views and actions. A view requires at least half the element to remain visible for one second while the page is visible. Events may include the canonical page location and fixed element/source metadata; query strings, fragments and referrers are omitted. The app does not collect page text, form values, account identity, chat or photo content; each document and element is counted once, and an action does not create a view. Measurement documents expire after 30 minutes; aggregate events are retained for up to 30 days and excluded after consent withdrawal. With Analytics consent, a hosted booking link may carry a random utm_content reference; its local association becomes unusable no later than seven days after creation or earlier consent expiry. The app stores a hash and consent revision; an expired hash may remain locally, while withdrawing Analytics removes its associated references. An existing value is preserved, and a link already sent to Zenbooker cannot be recalled. This identifies a handoff attempt only; a Zenbooker receipt or click-to-booking join has not been verified. A separate provider-reported booking count is operational and is not connected to an individual or experiment. Optional experiment attribution is limited to eligible on-site requests and does not join a hosted Zenbooker booking. Withdrawal stops future eligible collection but cannot remove data already processed by Google or completed aggregate records. Experiment comparisons on this website are not proof of business performance, payment, revenue, ROI or a statistical winner.
Private administration and connected services
Administration is available only through the restricted Admin console and requires Site identity plus an eligible verified Google identity. Customer email verification does not grant administrator access. Connected services operate only when separately configured and enabled. Google Business Profile authorization is separate from Google sign-in. External Google, Cloudflare, Zenbooker and business-site destinations have their own terms and privacy practices.
Authorized administrators may export, correct, retain or erase local records under the controls described in the privacy notice. Local erasure does not delete upstream provider records. Optional assistant output is advisory; it does not establish customer intent, availability, booking, payment, provider delivery, or a completed operation.
Limits
This website does not claim a particular data residency, legal compliance certification, Google endorsement, uninterrupted provider availability, or guaranteed service outcome. The live business website's policies remain separate.
